Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash, cubed
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender; drain.
    Mash squash and add remaining ingredients.
    Put mixture in ungreased 1-quart casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
