Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. part skim Ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
    1/2 banana
    sweetener (to equal 4 tsp. sugar)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1/2 tsp. banana flavoring
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients, then stir constantly over low to medium heat until thick.
    Place in blender with banana, sweetener and flavorings. Blend for 1 minute.
    Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
    Makes 1 serving.
    One serving equals 1 protein, 1 milk and 1 fruit.
