Cherry Blossom Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 vanilla wafers
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Mix cream
    cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla and beat for 5 minutes.
    Use
    18
    medium size muffin liners.
    Place vanilla wafer in\tbottom\tof each muffin liner.
    Fill muffin liner 3/4 full (on top
    of
    vanilla
    wafer).
    Bake
    12 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.\tLet cool and fill with pie filling.
    Refrigerate.
