Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine
    3 eggs
    1 c. mashed banana
    1/3 c. orange juice
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Add bananas and juice; combine well.
    Add combined dry ingredients mixing until just moistened.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
