Honey Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 acorn squash (3/4 lb. each)
    4 Tbsp. honey
    4 tsp. butter
    1/8 tsp. lemon peel (grated)
Preparation
    Pierce skin of squash several times.
    Put on microwave tray, cook on High 4 to 5 minutes.
    Turn over after 2 minutes.
    Let stand 3 minutes, then cut in half.
    Scoop out seeds.
    Arrange in dish with cut side up.
    Top with honey, butter and lemon; cover with plastic wrap.
    Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until squash is tender. Let stand, covered, 2 minutes before serving.
