Zucchini Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    squash
    slivered butter
    salt and pepper
    grated Italian cheese
    sliced Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cut squash lengthwise, about 1/8-inch thick.
    Place squash in low Corning dish, alternating squash, slivered butter, grated Italian cheese, salt and pepper.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven; remove lid.
    Cover the top of mixture completely with sliced Velveeta cheese.
    Return to oven; bake until tender and cheese is melted.
