Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary
    parsley, chopped (handful)
    1 Tbsp. fresh oregano
    1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 or 2 garlic cloves, chopped
    4 large cans Contadina tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. brown miso (from health food store)
    1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Saute first six ingredients in olive oil.
    Add tomato sauce, brown sugar, miso and mushrooms.
    Simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
