Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
12 oz. cottage cheese
Preparation
-
Brown beef and garlic in small amount of fat.
Drain.
Add tomato paste and sauce, salt, pepper and oregano.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Cook noodles as directed.
