Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 c. dry rice
    3 c. water
    1 lb. Velveeta
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to directions on package and drain. Cook 1 cup rice in 3 cups lightly salted water.
    Combine with broccoli and add 1 pound Velveeta (or 1 jar Cheez Whiz) and cream of mushroom soup. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until slightly brown on top.
