Brenda'S Quick Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Wash and scrub corn to remove silks.
Place corn into boiling water.
Cook until done, about 20 minutes.
Remove corn and place it on clean cloth towels to cool.
It looks shriveled when cool. Make sure it is dry and doesn't steam Ziploc bags.
Put into Ziploc bags, seal and place in freezer.
It is ready to eat by removing and heating in boiling water.
Amount frozen is optional.
Corn can be kept up to 1 year this way.
