Christmas Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. confectioners sugar
1 egg white
3 tsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. peppermint extract
6 or 7 drops food coloring (red or green)
Preparation

Cream all ingredients well.
Form into small balls.
Place on wax paper.
Press flat with fork or bottom of glass.
Let stand until firm.
