Cranberry Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 egg
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 1/2 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
    1 c. chopped nuts
    Browned Butter Glaze (following, if desired)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix sugars and margarine.
    Stir in milk, orange juice and egg.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except Browned Butter Glaze.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake until light brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
    Cool; spread with glaze.
    Makes about 5 1/2 dozen cookies.
