24 Hour Salad For The Holidays - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. maraschino cherries
2 c. pineapple tidbits
2 c. mandarin oranges
2 c. halved grapes
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Combine eggs, vinegar and sugar in top of double boiler.
Cook over low heat, beating constantly until smooth and thickened. Remove from heat and add butter.
Cool.
Fold in fruit, marshmallows and whipped cream.
Cover and refrigerate 24 hours. Serves 12 to 14.
