Festive Cup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bottle red wine
    2 1/2 c. water
    cinnamon sticks
    8 to 10 cloves
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    rind of 1 lemon/orange
    7 to 8 allspice berries
Preparation
    Add to water all spices, sugar and rind.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add the bottle of wine.
    Simmer for 1/2 hour.
    Strain before serving.
