Zesty Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large carrots (about 1 1/4 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cut carrots, julienne style.
    Cook until tender (about 6 to 8 minutes).
    Drain carrots, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
    Turn carrots into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    In small bowl, combine onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, reserved liquid from carrots and salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour over carrots, spreading evenly.
    Toss bread crumbs with butter; sprinkle over top.
    Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0. Makes 6 servings.
