No Peek Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, cubed
3 carrots, sliced
1 c. sliced celery
1 large onion, chopped
1 large can V-8 juice
4 Tbsp. Tapioca
2 c. frozen peas
2 large potatoes, cubed
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 bay leaf
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Put all ingredients (except peas) in large casserole dish (2-quarts) or large rectangle cake pan with tight fitting* top. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
When done add frozen peas.
