1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Melt butter. Stir in flour and simmer. Briskly stir in warm milk. Blend well.
Heat until boiling.
Stir in cheese. Blend well.
