Special Mac And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. elbow macaroni
    1 stick butter or margarine
    salt and pepper
    2 1/4 c. milk
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in 4 to 5 cups water until tender.
    Drain, if needed.
    Add butter, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Add 2 cups of the milk and the Velveeta (sliced).
    Stir on low heat until cheese is melted.
    Pour into greased casserole.
