Ingredients

1 1/4 c. chocolate wafer crumbs (about 24 wafers), divided
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 c. chocolate syrup
2 Tbsp. instant coffee granules
1 Tbsp. hot water
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
chocolate-covered coffee beans (optional)
Preparation

Combine 1 cup wafer crumbs, sugar and butter. Press onto the bottom and 1-inch up the sides of a greased 9-inch spring-form pan. Set aside.
