Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. thin sliced potatoes
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. sweet milk
1/2 stick butter
Preparation

Mix cream of mushroom soup with sweet milk.
In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, arrange the thinly sliced potatoes and chopped onion in layers adding soup mixture.
Dot with butter.
Cover and cook one hour at 375\u00b0.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
