Baked Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 apples
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 or 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. oleo or butter
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. water
Preparation

Pare apples and place center up in baking dish sprayed with Pam.
Mix brown sugar, white sugar and cinnamon; cover the apples. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water.
Place over apples.
Put dabs of oleo on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes until apples are soft but not mushy.
