Pork Chops In The Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 shoulder pork chops
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs or 3 crushed saltines
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. celery salt or 1/4 c. chopped celery stalk
Preparation
    Note:
    To serve 4, double the recipe, except use 3/4 teaspoon of salt.
