Parma Breaded Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 steaks
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. crumbs (bread or crackers)
1/3 c. oil
3/4 c. onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) cheese, grated or sliced
Preparation
-
Trim steaks.
Dip steaks in eggs and then in a mixture of the cheese and crumbs.
Let stand while preparing the sauce.
