Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1/2 stalk celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 box (2 pkg.) dry chicken noodle soup mix
    1 c. raw rice
    5 c. hot water
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Drain browned hamburger and hot sausage, add celery, onion, and bell peppers. Mix. Simmer awhile. Drain meat mixture and add contents of soup mix packets and raw rice. Place in a large casserole and pour in hot water. Stir and bake covered 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Top with almonds and bake 15 minutes more uncovered.
