Cornish Game Hens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Cornish game hens (1 lb. 5 oz. each), halved
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. ginger, minced
    1/3 c. pineapple juice
    8 thin orange slices
    parsley sprigs
Preparation
    For 2 hours, refrigerate game hens in a marinade of soy sauce, ginger and pineapple juice, covered.
    Preheat broiler.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0; remove hens from marinade.
    Put marinade aside. Place hens in skillet; boil 5 minutes on each side.
    Bake hens, uncovered, 30 minutes until done.
