Egg And Cheese Rarebit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. hot chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    dash of nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    4 eggs
Preparation
    In top of double boiler over hot water, melt cheese and butter until smooth.
    Add chicken broth, onion, parsley, nutmeg, salt and paprika.
    Beat eggs well, then stir in and cook and stir over boiling water until smooth and thickened.
    Serve on toasted English muffins or toast.

    4 servings.
