Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
juice of 1 orange
1/2 c. fat
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
2 eggs
1 c. sour milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 orange peel

Preparation

Grind raisins and orange peel together and add to flour.
Mix cake by the conventional method for butter cake.
Bake in moderate oven.
Cover with orange juice and sugar after baking.
Serve with whipped cream.
