Quick Cornbread Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
1/4 c. baking powder
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shortening
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening with pastry blender or two knives to mix thoroughly.
Place mix in a jar or canister and store in a dry place until ready to use.
This mix will keep in a cool place for about a month.
