Oriental Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chicken, cooked and cut up
1 c. drained pineapple tidbits
2/3 c. drained and sliced water chestnuts
3/4 c. chopped celery
3 scallions, chopped
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. plain yogurt
3 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix mayo, yogurt and lemon juice.
Stir with remaining ingredients.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
