Lemony Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
16 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch pieces
cooking oil
Preparation

Measure first 7 ingredients into a plastic bag; close tightly and shake to blend.
Moisten chicken with lemon juice.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Place chicken chunks, a few at a time, into plastic bag.
Shake to coat thoroughly.
Pour oil into heavy saucepan, filling no more than 1/3 full.
Heat to 375\u00b0.
Carefully add chicken, a few pieces at a time.
Fry, turning once, about 2 minutes or until tender.
Drain on paper towels.
