Nutty Canadian Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (125 grams) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. old Cheddar cheese
4 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/3 c. finely chopped toasted pecans
Preparation

Blend cheeses with 2 tablespoons maple syrup. Shape into a ball.
Brush on the remaining syrup and coat with pecans.
Serve with assorted crackers.
