Sugar-Free Vegetable Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free Jell-O
1 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 c. water
1/4 c. shredded carrots
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
Add cold water.
Let set until partially thickened.
Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until firm.
Serves 4.
