Snow Caps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 hot dogs
4 c. mashed potatoes (you can use instant potatoes)
chopped green onions
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
-
Split hot dogs lengthwise.
Place in shallow pan.
Combine onions and potatoes.
Put on top of hot dogs.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Serves four.
