Hot Fudge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. white sugar
6 Tbsp. baking cocoa, divided
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1 3/4 c. hot water
whipped cream or ice cream (optional)
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine flour, white sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Stir in the milk, oil and vanilla until smooth.
Spread in an ungreased 9 x 9 square baking pan. Combine brown sugar and remaining cocoa.
Sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over all.
DO NOT STIR.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve warm.
Top with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
