Cheesy Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless white chicken
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
    2 carrots, grated
    1 small onion, grated
    1 lb. Velveeta
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Use water from chicken for soup. Shred the chicken, add other ingredients and enough water to cover everything good.
    Cook until potatoes are tender.
