Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    2/3 c. oil
    1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
    1/2 c. walnuts
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. rhubarb, chopped fine
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in order given.
    Mix thoroughly until moist. Pour into two greased bread pans.
    Combine 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon of butter.
    Mix until crumbly and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
