Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    2 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 c. rice, uncooked
    8 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place chicken in deep dish.
    Add all the other ingredients over chicken.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
    Remove cover and bake 1/2 hour or until brown and chicken is done.
