Kidney Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. pickled relish
1/2 c. sour cream
2 (1 lb.) cans red kidney beans, drained
1/4 c. sliced green onions
Preparation

Reserve 1 egg for garnish.
Chop other 2 eggs; lightly toss together chopped eggs, beans, celery, relish, onions and salt to taste.
Gently blend in sour cream.
Cover and chill to blend flavors.
Serve garnished with egg; 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese may be added before the sour cream.
