Cherries In The Snow - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 angel food cake
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. 10x sugar
2 (12 oz.) containers Cool Whip
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Slice cake in thin pieces. Arrange 1/2 of cake pieces in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Beat the cream cheese and sugar. Beat in Cool Whip.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the cake. Layer more cake slices on top.
Spread remaining cheese mixture over cake layer. Top with cherry topping.
Chill.
