Pear Mincemeat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 lb. pears, peeled and cored
4 large apples, peeled and cored
4 large oranges, seeded
1 large lemon, seeded
3 lb. raisins
6 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Grind fruit including peels of lemon and oranges.
Cook in a large roaster pan in a 300\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
(Cook, uncovered.) Stir every 20 minutes.
