Hamburger Barbecue Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 to 6 hamburger buns
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook beef, green pepper and onion, stirring to break up meat into small pieces.
    When meat is brown and vegetables are tender, pour off excess drippings.
    Mix vinegar, mustard, ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire and pepper; add to beef mixture.
    Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Spoon onto hamburger buns.
    Serves 4 to 6.
