Cheesy Baked Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 Blue Hake loins (approximately 3/4 lb.)
American cheese slices (regular or fat-free)
3/4 to 1 c. picante sauce (according to taste)
Preparation

Bake fish until almost done.
In the last 5 to 10 minutes of baking, lay cheese across fish, then cover with picante sauce. Return to oven.
It is ready as soon as cheese melts.
This is good with any mild flavored fish.
