Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. minced green onions
    6 eggs
    2 c. heavy or whipping cream
    3/4 to 1 c. (2%) milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. imitation crabmeat
    3 Tbsp. dry vermouth
    3 drops liquid cayenne or 1/8 tsp. powdered cayenne
    1 3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add green onions and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
    Mix eggs, cream, milk and salt.
    Stir in green onion mixture and remaining ingredients.
    Divide between 2 pie crusts and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 45 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
