Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. self-rising corn meal
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 c. buttermilk
1 large onion
4 banana peppers (unless hot)
1 jalapeno pepper
1 can creamed corn
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix well and pour into a greased skillet or pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
