Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 1/2 c. yogurt cheese*
2 egg whites
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. low-fat Mozzarella, grated
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. water
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti or pizza sauce
1 (7 oz.) pkg. pasta shells or manicotti
Preparation

Thaw spinach and squeeze as dry as possible.
Mix with yogurt cheese, egg whites, onion, 4 ounces Mozzarella cheese and spices. Cook pasta according to package directions.
Stuff shells or manicotti with spinach mixture.
Put in 11 x 14-inch casserole dish sprayed with nonstick baking spray.
Cover with sauce, which has been diluted with water.
