Barbecued Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, sliced thin
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of hot sauce
    3/4 c. finely diced American cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a heavy skillet.
    Cover; cook over low heat for about 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
