Southern Italy Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chopped meat
1 egg
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. penoli nuts
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
1 small clove garlic, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Add all ingredients; make 6 meat balls.
Saute in olive oil until brown; drain and place meat balls in gravy.
