Tater Crisp Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. instant potato flakes
1/2 c. margarine
1 (2 to 3 lb.) fryer
Preparation

Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Rinse fryer in cold water and cut into serving pieces.
Pat dry.
Dip pieces in melted margarine and roll in potato flakes.
Place skin side up in prepared dish and season to taste.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
