Nan'S Lime Delight Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large (6 oz.) lime jello
1 1/2 to 2 c. grated green cabbage
1 1/2 to 2 c. grated carrots
1 small (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Mix jello according to directions and let chill until it begins to thicken.
When thickened, take out of refrigerator.
Add the cabbage, carrots and pineapple.
Return to refrigerator to jell until served.
