Bev'S Super Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. zucchini squash
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 small bunch scallions (green onions)
Preparation
    Wash zucchini and cut in 1-inch slices.
    Put in a large pot and cover with water.
    Bring to a boil and let boil for 5 minutes only.
    Drain squash very well.
    Cut scallions into very small pieces (use the green and white part).
    Put the squash into a long baking dish, sprinkle scallions on top of squash.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Slice cheese and place on top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese is melted, about 15 to 25 minutes.
